Christ Is The Example of Humility In The Church

Sin is rampant.  There is war, disease, and natural disasters.  In addition to this, the world is against God and his church.  At best Christians are seen as foolish, naive or backwards.  At worst, the church is hated and persecuted.  Within the church, there is corruption, abuse and false teachers.  As we look around it seems overwhelming and we wonder how can the church continue in this dark world? 

As we look to Phillipians 2:1-18, we will see how God’s people are to continue on, in the face of overwhelming circumstances, to faithfully carry forth the Great Commission to the glory of God.
